Paul Mahder Gallery
With stark white walls, dark floors, and 30-foot ceilings, the Paul Mahder Gallery in Healdsburg is a sight to behold. This breathtaking space opened in 2014 and features incredible works from locals as well as artists from Nicaragua, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Lebanon, Russia, and Bulgaria. The gallery is also available for rent and is an ideal destination for receptions, parties, and other events.
Erickson Fine Art Gallery
The Erickson Fine Art Gallery sits just off of Healdsburg’s town square in an elegant Palladio style building. This brightly lit three-story gallery showcases everything from landscape paintings to abstract sculptures. It even has special exhibits hanging from the two-floor ceiling in the foyer.
J Howell Fine Art
The old Bank of Italy building on Healdsburg Plaza houses J Howell Fine Art. This gallery hosts a large collection of contemporary California artists, with realism, abstracts, impressionist, and dry brush watercolors on display.
The Harris Gallery
The Harris Gallery showcases the unparalleled talents of the Harris family of artists, including landscapes and sculptures from Alexander Harris (1983), paintings from Edward Jurgen Harris (1912-1990), modernist works from Marc Cabell Harris (1950), and even writings of Jean Rae Harris (1927).
The Bob Johnson Art Gallery
Overlooking Healdsburg Plaza, the Bob Johnson Gallery has four rooms that showcase paintings and sculptures done by contemporary artists, and one room with a library featuring over 2,500 books of art, poetry, philosophy, and other fine arts.
Upstairs Art Gallery
Upstairs Art Gallery is a unique art, jewelry, and craft gallery owned by a partnership of 16 respected local artists and showcases. The gallery showcases a wide variety of artwork in different mediums and styles and shares space with the Levin and Co. bookstore.
Gallery Lulo, another fantastic art gallery near Healdsburg Plaza, has plenty of modern paintings, sculptures, and jewelry on display in a bright, minimalist setting. The diverse selection of art comes from both national and international artists. The gallery hosts entertaining events and even has a shop where it sells some of the jewelry and sculptures on display.
Healdsburg Center for the Arts
The Healdsburg Center for the Arts showcases new exhibits almost every month in its extensive gallery. In addition to the many fabulous works of art, the center holds classes and workshops on various art forms and techniques.
